You are welcome here
Haven’t had your come to Jesus moment yet? Start here.
Hi friend. I’m Ashley. I’m so glad you found your way here, whatever brought you. Maybe you’re curious. Maybe you’re hurting. Maybe you grew up around church and it never felt like it was for you. You don’t have to have it figured out to keep reading.
When our daughter died, I honestly thought I would break into a thousand pieces. I didn’t know where else to go, so I cried out to God. And He met me there. He held me together when I couldn’t. That’s where my own come to Jesus moment happened.
So here’s what I want you to hear: you are not broken. You’re one moment away from meeting the God who never stopped pursuing you.
Hear from pastors
We’re asking pastors from different churches to share, in a few minutes each, who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. New videos are on the way.

The good news, in plain words
God loves you
Not a cleaned-up version of you. You, right now. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
Sin separates us from Him
Every one of us has fallen short. I have, too. Sin is the stuff that puts distance between us and God, and we can’t close that gap on our own. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
Jesus closed the gap
Jesus died on the cross in our place, and three days later He rose again. He paid what we couldn’t. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23
You receive Him by faith
It’s not about being good enough or saying the perfect words. It’s a gift you say yes to. “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8–9
A simple prayer
There are no magic words. God hears your heart. If you’re ready, you can pray something like this, out loud or quietly, in your own words:
Jesus, I need You. I’ve tried to do life on my own, and I’m sorry for the ways I’ve gone my own way. Thank You for loving me. I believe You died for me and rose again. Please forgive me and come into my life. I give You my heart, all of it, the broken pieces too. Help me follow You from here. Amen.
If you just prayed that and meant it, welcome to the family. Heaven is celebrating, and so am I. Please tell us, I would love to pray for you.
Talk to someone
Whether you just prayed, you have honest questions, or you simply need someone to pray with you, we would love to hear from you. A real person reads every message.
